The following fees are charged by the Register of Deeds for various services.

Method of Payment

For recording real estate documents, checks and money orders may be made out to Register of Deeds. For expedited orders you may use a major credit card for an additional $15.00 processing fee. For more information: (608)266-4141.

Surveyor's Paper

  • Certified Survey Map (CSM) paper
  • $0.40 per sheet
