Filing Requirements for Dane County Multi-Jurisdictional Municipal Judge
Eligibility
Candidates for Multi-Jurisdictional Municipal Judge must meet the following eligibility requirements.
- 18 Years of Age
- Elector/Resident of one of the municipalities in that judicial jurisdiction.
Requirements
- Completion of
Campaign Registration Statement - Form GAB-1
File when Candidacy publicly announced or when expending/receiving funds for candidacy.
- Completion of
Declaration of Candidacy - Form GAB-162
- Completion of
Nomination Papers - GAB-169
Collect 20 (minimum) to 100 (maximum) signatures
Signatures must be collected between December 1, 2011 and January 3, 2012
- Completion of
Statement of Economic Interest (link will be posted once available)
To be filed with the Government Accountability Board, P.O. Box 7984, Madison WI 53707
Deadlines
The deadline for filing above forms is January 3, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
