NOTE: If one or both of the parties is coming from out of state for the wedding, a waiver of
the waiting period may be granted and the license issued at time of application. The cost of the
waiver is $25, effective 8/3/09, making the total needed at time of application $145 in cash. No
checks or credit cards will be accepted.
