Filing Requirements for Dane County Board of Supervisors
Eligibility
Candidates for County Board Supervisor must meet the following eligibility requirements.
- 18 Years of Age
- Elector/Resident of Dane County
Requirements
- Completion of
Campaign Registration Statement - Form GAB-1
File when Candidacy publicly announced or when expending/receiving funds for candidacy.
- Completion of
Declaration of Candidacy - Form GAB-162
- Completion of
Nomination Papers - GAB-169
- Collect 50 (minimum) to 200 (maximum) signatures
Signatures must be collected between December 1, 2011 and January 3, 2012.
- Completion of
Statement of Economic Interest
Can be filed within 2 weeks of the filing deadline, or by January 17, 2012.
Deadlines
The deadline for filing above forms is January 3, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
