Requirements

1. Completion of Campaign Registration Statement - Form EB-1
   File when candidacy publicly announced or when expending/receiving funds for candidacy.

2. Completion of Declaration of Candidacy - Form EB-162

3. Completion of Nomination Papers - EB 168 (first one free; thereafter $.05 per page of 10)
   Collect 500 (minimum) to 1,000 (maximum) signatures between June 1, 2006 and July 8, 2008.
4. Statement of Economic Interest
   Can be filed within 2 weeks of the filing deadline, or by July 22, 2008. [Pursuant to Section 9.60(1) D.C. Ords.]

The following offices are up for election in November, 2008: County Clerk, Treasurer, Register of Deeds.

The above forms must be filed with the Dane County Clerk, 210 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Room 112, Madison, WI 53703 (we cannot accept faxed or e-mailed documents).
