Eligibility

Candidates for County Board Supervisor must meet the following eligibility requirements.

• 18 Years of Age
• Elector/Resident of Dane County Supervisory District (Minimum of 10 days)

Requirements

1. Completion of Campaign Registration Statement - Form EB-1
   File when Candidacy publicly announced or when expending/receiving funds for candidacy.

2. Completion of Declaration of Candidacy - Form EB-162

3. Completion of Nomination Papers - EB-169

4. Collect 50 (minimum) to 200 (maximum) signatures.
   Signatures must be collected between December 1, 2007 and January 2, 2008.
   
   
5. Completion of Statement of Economic Interest
   Can be filed within 2 weeks of the filing deadline, or by January 18, 2008.

DEADLINE FOR FILING ABOVE FORMS: January 2, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

The above forms must be filed with the Dane County Clerk, 210 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Room 112, Madison, WI 53703 (we cannot accept faxed or e-mailed documents).
