Welcome

The 2009 campaign lasts from September 28th to November 6th. Find out more here.

A community that cares is made up of people whose hard work provides for themselves, their families and for neighbors in need. That describes us - City of Madison and Dane County employees.

In the 2008 campaign we gave more than $289,000. This year we hope to raise $300,000. To meet this goal we need everyone's help. If you have never participated in the campaign, please join your co-workers in supporting the worthwhile charities in the campaign. Even small contributions make a big difference.

To donate, choose from more than 290 wonderful local, national and international nonprofit agencies. Donate through payroll contribution or by a cash contribution and then watch your gift work. Together we provide services to people with disabilities, the elderly, victims of abuse and violence, and the homeless. We protect our lakes, rivers and forests. We feed and shelter disaster victims, and help people around the world. As a community that cares, we make the world a better place.

"Remember that you are needed. There is at least one important work to be done that will not be done unless you do it."
