Controller's Office

About

The Controller’s Office provides centralized financial management, accounting, and internal control services; maintains the books of account, the indirect cost plan, payroll services; summarizes and publishes necessary financial information, including the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report; coordinates the capital borrowing; prepares tax apportionment; provides policy, budget, and management services to the County Executive, County Board, departments, various boards, commissions, committees, and related agencies; and serves as the County Auditor as defined statutorily.
