As of June 2012, the Dane County District Attorney's Office will accept debit and credit card payments
online for discovery in all cases. Payments are made through
GovPayNet, a third party agency. Payments may be made online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards.
Please note that bail cannot be paid online; this must be paid in person at the Dane County Sheriff's
Office. Court costs and fees, restitution, and traffic tickets may be paid through the Dane County
Clerk of Courts Office (click here).
GovPayNet charges a service fee per transaction:
