• Type:  This column gives the municipality's status:  City, Town, or Village.
• Municipality Name:  The name of the city, town, or village.
• Clerk Name:  The name of the city, town, or village clerk in "Last name, First name" format.
• Address:  The mailing address for the clerk.
• Mailing Municipality:  Which municipality the mailing address is located in.
• Zip:  The zip code for the mailing address.
• Clerk Phone:  The phone number for the clerk's office.
• Municipality Phone:  The phone number for the municipality building (for example a town or city hall), if available
