The Juvenile Court Program is a county department operating under the authority of the Presiding Juvenile Judge (as appointed by the Chief Judge of the judicial district). The Juvenile Court Program provides a number of services and programs in collaboration with other county agencies, law enforcement, and community based providers relating to juvenile delinquents in Dane County.
