Universal Soil Loss Equation Program

The Universal Soil Loss Equation for Construction Sites EXCEL worksheet was developed by the Dane Co. LCD to estimate soil loss from sheet and rill erosion on construction sites. It does not predict soil loss resulting from gully erosion. The purpose of the spreadsheet is to create a uniform process for calculating the USLE and to eliminate some of the human error caused by interpolating tables or math calculations. This spreadsheet was created for Dane County use only.
