Dane County Land & Water Resources Parks Division Adult Conservation Team Earth Day
Every day is Earth Day at Dane County Parks, but "Earth Day" is April 22 of every year.
These are the kinds of projects volunteers can do for Earth Day:
Tree planting is possible as an Earth Day project; however, this project must be arranged well in advance, as site preparation is done the preceding autumn. We do our tree planting primarily in April and in October and have a limited number of trees available.
If you or your group would like to do an Earth Day project, contact
Rhea at the Parks Department (224-3601).
