Condominium Review

Beginning August 13, 2007, Dane County Planning and Development will be performing condominium review. The hope is to better coordinate public safety and property records related information. Review Process

Prior to submitting materials for review, make sure you have everything you'll need to initiate the process. Please bring the following:

• Condominium Instrument (declaration and plat)
• Condominium Coversheet
• Appropriate Fees ~ $136 base fee + $25/unit ($1000 maximum)
• For details see Dane County Ordinance 75.55(3)
• Make Check Payable To Dane County Treasurer

Other Documents

• Digital review stamp (Should be placed clearly on the first page of the declaration and plat)

COMING SOON: On-line application submittal - the condominium coversheet and uploading of the condominium instrument will soon be possible. There will be an additional fee for online submittal.
