At approximately 1:28 am, Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a two-vehicle crash on CTH N in the town of Pleasant Springs, directly in front of the Sheriff’s Office Southeast Precinct.
A northbound vehicle operated by Daniel F. Cleary, age 27 of Stoughton, crossed the centerline and collided with a vehicle driven by Ethan A. Forsythe, age 20 of Stoughton. Forsythe and his passenger, Andrea R. Sabroff, age 19 of Stoughton, were transported to Stoughton Hospital with minor injuries.
Daniel Cleary was transported to UW Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Cleary was arrested for OWI-Causing Injury. Cleary was also on probation and had an outstanding warrant from Waukesha County. Once released from the hospital, he will be taken into custody.
