Vendor registration

Vendors may register on this page to be added to the vendor list for Dane County. Vendors who have never registered with the County should use the first time registration page. Vendors who have previously registered with the County should use the Renewal page. To be on the vendor list, vendors are not obligated to pay the vendor registration fee and the County is not obligated to mail notice of solicitations to vendors who have registered with the County. All formal bids and requests for proposals are posted on the Purchasing Division web site.

Per Dane County Ordinance, Section 62.15, “Any person desiring to bid on any county contract must register with the purchasing manager and pay an annual registration fee of $20.” Payment may be made via credit card on-line or by check in the mail or in person at the Purchasing Division office.
