Feedback

Feedback from users of AccessDane has indicated a desire to see additional property information including historic parcel information and sales data. Along this line, is there any additional information you would like to see available? Do you interact with any other county or local agencies for parcel level data? If so, what data do you use?

AccessDane leverages multiple service points, including the ability of local officials or subscribers to log-in to gain access to additional information. If you have one of these accounts, what additional information would you like to see that would make your experience better? If you don’t have an account, are there any changes that can be made that you would consider subscribing for?

In an effort to make navigating AccessDane easier, we’re considering a redesign which would include the ability to search for parcels on every page, similar to Zillow (www.zillow.com). Are there any additional recommendations you have that would assist in how you experience AccessDane? Is there a more logical way for the information to be searched and retrieved? Are there specific pages you would like to see added, changed, or removed?

Currently, AccessDane has a record level link to our on-line mapping application called DCiMap. Are there any other areas of AccessDane that would be beneficial to link to a map service?
