Woman Killed in Single Vehicle Crash - UPDATE

Madison, WI. 10/16/07 – At approximately 10:47 p.m., Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies, along with New Glarus Fire and EMS, responded to State Highway 92, approximately .2-mile North of Ridge Drive, Town of Primrose, for a single vehicle rollover crash. The initial investigation indicates that a red 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt was traveling northbound on State Highway 92, when it crossed the centerline and went into the west side ditch of State Highway 92. The vehicle then rolled several times before coming to rest on its roof. The driver of the vehicle, a 43-year-old female from Belleville, WI, was transported to UW hospital where she was pronounced dead. The crash remains under investigation by the Dane County Sheriff’s Office. Names are being held pending notification of relatives. The deceased driver has been identified as Marlene Pahl of Belleville, WI.
