4th and 6th Offense OWI Arrests

At approximately 10:05 pm Tuesday night, Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of two vehicles driving erratically on USH 12/18, near State Farm Road in the town of Christiana. The caller, who was following the vehicles, reported a Dodge minivan and a late model Lincoln Town Car had nearly run him off the road and were crossing into oncoming traffic. The vehicles appeared to be traveling together. The driver of the 2000 Dodge minivan, Jerald R. Walker, age 41 of Stoughton was arrested for OWI-4th Offense and a Probation Violation. He was also cited for Operating Left of Center and Open Intoxicants. Randall Fraser, age 43 of Stoughton, was the operator of the Lincoln Town Car. Fraser was arrested for OWI-6th Offense and a Probation Hold. He was also cited for Operating After Revocation. Both men were booked into the Dane County Jail.
