Sun Prairie Man Hired as New Dane County Information Services Manager

Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk announced today the County has hired a new Information Services Manager for Technology Services. Mark Schneider of Sun Prairie will start with Dane County on September 2nd. The County’s Information Services Manager is responsible for strategic and operational planning and technology procurement and serves as a primary advisor on technology initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of County programs. “Mark’s wealth of experience will be a direct benefit to county government as it continues to pursue technologies to better serve our citizens,” County Executive Kathleen Falk said. “Mark will help keep Dane County ahead of the high-tech curve.” Schneider comes to Dane County with over 15 years of experience in the information technology industry, including significant project management expertise. # # #
