Armed Robbery

Madison, WI. 11/28/2007 – Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies are looking for an armed robbery suspect, after a man reported being robbed at gun point by a hitchhiker he picked up on County HWY N, south of Sun Prairie. The crime occurred at approximately 4:15 Monday afternoon. The suspect is described as a white female in her late 20’s. She is 5’7” – 5’9” tall with long, brown, straight, shoulder length hair, average build, and a slight gap between her front teeth. The suspect was wearing a jean jacket, a striped shirt, and faded blue jeans. The suspect also appeared to be several months pregnant. The 41 year-old victim was driving a gray 1996 Saturn. He reports that shortly after he picked the woman up, she ordered him to pull over near the intersection of HWY N and HWY T in the Town of Sun Prairie. She then displayed a handgun and demanded money. After the woman received money from the victim, she fled in an unknown direction. Deputies are interested in speaking with anyone who was near the intersection of HWY N and HWY T around 4:15 Monday afternoon, and my have information related to this crime.
