Summer’s Last Hurrah Music Program Begins Sunday, September 14

Madison, WI – Join in the fun as we celebrate the last few days of summer with a Tunes In the Terminal music extravaganza! Tunes in the Terminal will showcase local performers from south central Wisconsin on September 14 and September 18 with performances all day long.

“Our Dane County Regional Airport has a national reputation as a comfortable and welcoming environment for travelers and the Tunes in the Terminal musical celebration enhances that stellar experience,” Dane County Executive Joe Parisi said. “And as a former band member, I always enjoy seeing local musicians having a new opportunity to showcase their talent.”

From bluegrass, acoustic guitar, flamenco, to Irish folk or even accordion, there will be a little bit of something for everyone.  With many accolades amongst them, each of these performers has excelled as a musician with ability that is undisputed.  Repertoires will range from the Beatles to Joni Mitchell and are a must listen for the music enthusiast.

The performances will be held in the terminal central lobby, near the Art Court area – near door #4.  The public is invited to attend the performances.
