County Snowmobile Trails Open in the North West and North Central Regions of Dane County

County Snowmobile Trails:

Effective at 9:00 AM on February 4, 2016 the snowmobile trails in the NW and NC Regions of Dane County are open.  This includes the Military Ridge State Trail and trails #35 (access to Columbia County) and #37 (access trail along STH 51 near the Village of De Forest).

County Cross-Country Ski Trails and Winter Recreation Areas:

County park crews are evaluating the potential for grooming of the county’s designated cross country ski trails.
