“I was impressed by Nikole’s engagement in the community over the past 15 years, including her time spent as an election worker, in the schools, and for various volunteer activities,” said Corrigan.  “I am very pleased that five people stepped forward and expressed a willingness to serve, and believe Nikole is best suited for the role” she added.

The five individuals who applied for the appointment are John Brixy, Michelle Doolan, Joe Dwyer, Bob Green, and Nikole Jones.  County Board District 28 includes the towns of Berry, Black Earth, Blue Mounds, Cross Plains, Mazomanie and Vermont; Villages of Black Earth, Blue Mounds, Cross Plains, and Mazomanie.
